The Annual General Meeting of Bristol Wireless for 2007 will be held  
at 1.30 pm on Saturday 7th June 2008 in the Main Hall at St Werburghs  
Community Centre, Bristol, BS2 9TJ. It will be followed by as yet  
unspecified cunning stunts and then (hopefully) adjourn to a nearby  
hostelry.

All members are welcome to attend.
Agenda for AGM

1. Receipt of the accounts and balance sheet and the reports of the  
Committee and auditor;
2. Appointment of an auditor;
3. Election of committee members;
4. Application of profits:

* firstly, to a general reserve for the continuation and development  
of the Co-operative;
* secondly, in making payments for social or charitable purposes  
within the community served by the Co-operative.

5. Amendment to the Rules as follows:

 From ?REGISTERED OFFICE The Registered Office of the Co-operative  
shall be at: 8 Bannerman Buildings, Bannerman Road, Easton, Bristol,  
BS5 0RR.?

To: ?REGISTERED OFFICE The Registered Office of the Co-operative shall  
be at: Room 5, St Werburghs Community Centre, Horley Road, Bristol,  
BS2 9TJ.?

NB: Any of the Rules may be rescinded or amended or a new Rule made by  
a vote of three quarters of those members of the Co-operative voting  
at a Special General Meeting of which fourteen clear days' prior  
notice has been given, such notice to include details of the change(s)  
to be proposed at that meeting.

We extend a warm welcome to all wishing to attend our Annual General  
Meeting. However, voting at the AGM will be restricted to members of  
the Co-operative (if you wish to join cross our Treasurer's palm with  
the £1 fee!).
