Mainly for the women techies amongst us, but some of you chaps may be
able to offer some help in enabling UK people to participate in this
 forcoming event.

I've been liaising with Allyson Kapin who is organising Women Who Tech
Telesummit which is taking place on March 31st. (I hope to be
participating in some of it from here in Devon too but asked about how
others could get together and take part from here in the UK!). There's
some great panel sessions lined up and it would be great if some of us
from the UK took part too!

Full details of the event can be seen at the website at: Women Who Tech:
A Telesummit for Women in Technology - March 31, 2008

_Allyson now has a couple of lines reserved for larger gatherings and
was wondering if any non-profit org in London would want to offer some
space for women in London to participate in the telesummit so you all
can gather and participate on the call. Sessions run from 11AM to 6:15PM
EST which is not ideal for London time but she just wanted to throw it
out there even if it's for just the first three sessions. If anyone is
interested in the telesummit, or wants to offer their space as a place
for people to gather and meet up, please contact allyson at radcampaign.com
or see the website for registration for the event and the full details.

 Thanks!

 Laura Whitehead
