I wish you all the best with the project, but "provide a safe
environment for the volunteer to work in" rules TTLLP out because I
believe we've not insured anywhere for non-members to work and I'd
have difficulty arguing for changing it so early in our insurance year.
If you can let us know early in 2009 if your scheme still needs help,
then we could reconsider it.
