Anyway, I think I've been there, done the start-up thing and lost
control of the company. I'd be quite happy for more developers to join
TTLLP, an IT services workers cooperative that uses free software, and
you can spend 100% of your time on personal projects, but you need to
have some idea how to make them pay, else you won't have much income ;-)

Seriously, there's no guaranteed salaries and drawings are dependant
on how much revenue you're responsible for, but I'm particularly keen
to hear from web, perl and debian free software hackers and
cooperators because I think I can generate more work than I can handle
myself for those skills.  PHP also accepted.  Lisp and particularly
Scheme are very cool but don't seem to pay many bills.

Oh, and no agencies here either, thanks.  That's one thing we have got
in common.
