It's not really a distro as such, but a meta package and an extra repository. You go from a standard debian etch install then add the following repositories to your /etc/apt/sources.list file:
#uk-based public repository
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/ etch main contrib non-free
deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org/ etch main
deb http://security.debian.org/ etch/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://repo.bristolwireless.net/bw etch contrib
and do an apt-get update, then apt-get install bristolwireless
The next account you add will have the "Bristol Wireless Desktop", an xfce variant, will also be member of useful groups for system control. If you add that user to the powerusers group, you will be able to ammend you menu bar and stuff like that.
Note that this does make some fundamental additions you your sources.list when you install it. It needs a lot more documentation.
