Half time with the potential to increase hours.

Salary: £40,000 pro rata plus bonus scheme based on financial and
professional performance.

Established in 1996 we provide a range of IT services to charities and
other not-for-profit groups, including web design, IT support,
training and project management.

We have a talented team, an excellent reputation and a wide range of
clients. We now need a new leader, to deliver ongoing sustainability
and high quality services.

We are looking for an experienced, values-driven senior manager who
can demonstrate that they have achieved change and organisation
development to a high standard. You will have experience of
implementing robust HR procedures and quality assurance systems as
well as managing a financially successful business. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
