BW )(: dell server vista refund

Hi all, on Friday we spent some time on the phone to Dell's helpful customer
support line. We ordered a new machine for CSVEnviroment, it came with
Windows installed. We successfully got the refund from Dell for the unwanted
software. The big surprise was the price, 17 pounds for Vista and 6 pounds
for Works.
